This is a beautifully hand-painted and distressed vintage dresser.  I don't have the before photo, but this began as an out-dated, and quite unsightly brown french provincial dresser with mirror and now functions beautifully as a charming buffet.

This was a cast-away chest that just needed some TLC.  Now it's a great looking black/distressed chest with wonderful brushed nickel knobs.

Again, no before photo...but this was an unsightly, non-descript old dark pine table.  I found this piece from a college kid who had grown up with the set and was now ready to pass it on.  It is now a beautiful, updated set ready for a tastefully decorated eat-in kitchen or sunroom.

This is a very cool pair of hand-painted and distressed vintage pieces.  The bookshelf started out as an all-yellow piece and the round pedestal table was typical 50's blonde wood.  They have rustic charm and can be incorporated into many room styles.

What a difference a day (of sweat and labor) makes!  This out-dated chest is now a beautiful painted chest with rustic charm and sweet hand-painted floral detail.  Perfect for a little girls room!

What once looked like trash, now is a wonderfully updated coffee table. (I only paid $1 for this at a garage sale!)

Again, I wish I had the before picture!  You'd think by now, I'd remember to take one every time!  This is an "old school" piece of Pier 1 and desperately needed a fresh look.  I did a dry-brush coat of black and after some sanding, topped it off with a hand-rubbed deep reddish-brown stain.  New seat cushions were added to complete the look.

This was one ugly cabinet in desperate need of a makeover!  Now it is a beautiful, pale green w/ lovely hand-painted detail.  This piece now has the look of a wonderful antique cabinet handed down through the generations.
